Below are the terms of services that ATR The X-Faders (we) work under when providing services for your event. 1. All bookings are undertaken by Adam Taylor or Tom Rogers and our full contact details are available on your booking form or via email.
2. All bookings are confirmed with a £30 [Or more] non-refundable booking fee. [Unless other arrangement is confirmed]
3. All quotations are provided for free and have 30 day validity period. We reserve the right to take on another booking if we do not here from you.
   1. All bookings are only confirmed when we have recevied the non-refundable booking fee stated on your form.
4. If you wish to cancel our services this must be done 1 [one] week before the start date.
5. We may require up to 24 hours to confirm our availability for certain dates to ensure we are available.
6. We require between 30 minutes to 1 hour to load in and set up our equipment. [Please consider this when booking your venue as a delay in access may cause a delay in providing our services]
7. If for any reason access to the venue is prevented, due to unforeseen circumstances or a detail not provided to us in advance [Stairs into the venue for example] We will not 'make up the time at the end'
8. We also require two standard 13 amp 240 volt power sockets.
9. It is the clients [your] responsibility to control the actions of your guests and we will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse. This will result in the immediate termination of our services.
10. If any of our equipment is damaged or require repair due to an action of your guest(s), a penalty fee will be incurred to you. This will be decided upon its merit.
11. We charge an added transport fee for areas outside of Billericay and this is dependent on the distance and will be included in any FREE quotation.
12. ATR The X-Faders | Mobile DJ's do not offer any karaoke services, and will not permit any guest to use our equipment - unless previously arranged. (For solo artist PA hire for example)
13. We regularly take photos at each event to use for promotional purposes on our website, www.thexfadersdj.co.uk and our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ATRMobileDJs . 14. Both Adam & Tom have full Public Liability [Up to £2 Million] and our equipment is insured under www.djguard.co.uk
15. If your venue requires our Public Liability Insurance (PLI) Documents please let us know in advance to forward, or we have a copy with us at all events.
16. All of our equipment is electrically PAT Tested by Chelmsford PAT Testing (http://www.chelmsfordpattesting.co.uk)
17. If there are any health and safety concerns in relation to your guests, please inform us during the booking process. For example the use of fast lighting or strobing can cause epilepsy in some guests. If this is the case we can ensure the lighting is slower and strobing not used.
18. If you require ATR The X-Faders to continue after the pre arranged end time, as stated on your booking form, we charge an added £30 per half hour. However, the DJ must be made aware of this at least 15 minutes before the stated end time on the booking form.
19. We aim to keep all of the information on our website up to date and relevant. However please be aware certain pieces of equipment displayed or stated on this website may not be currently used as we regularly updated our equipment and services, in order to maintain our high quality audio / visual service.
20. We will gladly participate in Charity Events at a discounted rate, as long as the charity number is provided. We will offer services for raffles or any other games etc that may be planned for the evening. Discounts will be discussed during booking.
21. We carry a full back up sound system, and digital playout to ensure if we have any technical problems we can continue music for your event. However we may require a short period to set up this equipment.
22. Weather Conditions - When undertaking any event outside, even under cover we reserve the right to end our services if the weather conditions deteriorate. For example snow, ice or other extreme weather conditions may be unsafe to travel in or make travelling times extremely long. This may therefore affect us being able to deliver our services on time or at all. This condition is based on each event and taken on a case by case basis. If we are unable to perform due to adverse weather conditions we will do our best to contact another provider, however this may incur further cost to you the client.

1. Our website www.thexfadersdj.co.uk and www.billericaydjs.co.uk are correct at the time of publishing and updated as regularly as possible.
2. Any offers or discounts provided through our website, facebook or twitter pages are only valid for the time indicated and we reserve the right to end these offers at any time.
3. Any testimonials are directly taken from clients and are aware of us using their comments on our services.
4. Any information expressed in blogs or in a website linked externally to our own are the views of the article owner and not necessarily of ATR The X-Faders Mobile DJ's.
5. Any images used on either website may also be used on our Facebook Page. This is a public social network and therefore if you or any of your guests do not wish to be included in any image online you must inform us. We will remove the content straight away.
6. We offer online payment of your booking fee and this is managed through PayPal. We consider this to be a secure payment system however we cannot guarantee secure payment as this is an external website.
